Job Summary
As an Electronics Specialist at Randstad Canada, you will play a vital role in managing product returns and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for troubleshooting returned products, updating databases, and working with the technical team to analyze causes of returns and identify solutions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $26 per hour. If you have a passion for electronics and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product returns by tracking items received and documenting details of issues.
- Troubleshoot returned products using technical knowledge to identify and resolve problems.
- Update databases with returns, repairs, and shipment information.
- Work with the technical team to analyze causes of returns and identify solutions.

Requirements
- Diploma of Professional Studies in Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in electronics.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Teamwork, high capacity for collaboration.
- Motivated, flexible, and responsible.
- Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.
