The Hospitality Project Coordinator is tasked with orchestrating and overseeing the implementation of High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA), voice, and video solutions within the hospitality sector. This position carries the full responsibility for ensuring the seamless execution of services tailored for the hospitality industry. The Coordinator is accountable for delivering projects within the established budget and timelines agreed upon with clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, sustain, and proficiently execute project strategies and dashboards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved within the defined scope, timeframe, and financial parameters.
  • Design, monitor, and manage detailed and realistic project timelines, regularly assessing progress.
  • Communicate project expectations, objectives, deliverables, and status updates clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent updates using the agreed reporting methods to articulate project status effectively.
  • Collaborate with fellow Project Coordinators, Installation and Contract Managers, installation teams, and the Director of Field Services.
  • Coordinate and engage with various departments, vendors, and subcontractors as necessary to implement the project plan.
  • Utilize and communicate change request protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure a satisfactory transition from project completion to the Support department.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or a comparable role within the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in project management within a similar domain is a significant advantage.
  • Post-secondary education in a business or technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/Smartsheet.
  • Technical knowledge and/or aptitude is a notable asset.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and French is an additional advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, involving cross-functional teams, stakeholders, third-party contractors, vendors, and system integrations.
  • Capability to devise and adapt innovative solutions for unique project challenges.
