Job Title: Project Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Travel Coordinator to join our team at LodgeLink, a Black Diamond Group company. As a Project Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Develop and execute project-based plans to ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients as required
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and use teamwork to meet deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure project success
  • Log and track project-specific details in Salesforce
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in travel management, project coordination, or customer success
  • Experience working in the software as a service, hospitality, or travel management industries
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and organize complex projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
