Senior Manager of Special Loans

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Minimizing loan losses and legal risks
* Restoring the profitability of accounts in financial difficulty
* Ensuring rigorous account monitoring to maintain portfolio quality
* Participating in committees that require a high level of expertise
* Negotiating agreement conditions with various stakeholders
You will be part of a team of 23 colleagues and report to the Vice-President, Special Loans. Our team is known for its advanced knowledge of credit structuring and the legal environment, as well as its rigor and experience.
Requirements:
* University diploma and 10 years of relevant experience
* Solid knowledge of commercial loans and syndicated transactions
* Experience with bankruptcy and insolvency
* Experience with capital markets files
* Proven leadership skills
* Strong negotiation skills
