Production Team Lead, Brush Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Felton Brushes Limited. As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers in the fabrication, assembly, finishing, and inspection of plastic or rubber parts and products.
Job Description- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in brush manufacturing.
- You will be responsible for resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- A key aspect of this role is supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of production workers, setting up equipment and machines, and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Lead a team of 3-4 people to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Prepare production reports and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in brush manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with production processes and quality control procedures.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
