Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Wealth Strategist to join our team at Blue Zones Financial Solutions. As a key member of our Advisory Team, you will play a critical role in helping Canadians build and preserve their wealth.

About Us

At Blue Zones Financial Solutions, we help individuals achieve financial freedom so they can create their own blue zones lifestyle. Our team is small but mighty, with a lead Financial Planner and two full-time team members who take care of client administration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an integral part of our Advisory Team, collaborating with the Senior Advisor to identify planning opportunities for clients and prospective clients.
  • Building and updating financial plans using our software, ensuring clients make sound financial decisions.
  • Presenting and reporting on financial plans to clients, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent designation.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning, preferably with experience speaking directly with clients and presenting financial plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • A Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Mutual Funds License, with Life Insurance License being an asset.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive Health & Dental Benefits Package and a performance-based bonus.
