About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Snore MD Inc. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Flow: Manage the flow of information and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Interview Patients: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories and medical information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical team, including opening and distributing mail, maintaining filing systems, and ordering supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and format medical reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
