At Mount Everest Kitchen & Grill, we are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Service Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless food and beverage delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Food and Beverage Service Attendant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where flexibility and attention to detail are essential. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, while contributing to the success of Mount Everest Kitchen & Grill.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
