About the Role

As a Property Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall maintenance of our properties, including entrances, hallways, and common areas. You will also be involved in pre-move-out and annual inspections, providing cleaning estimates and completing small repairs as required.

We are looking for someone with basic computer skills, knowledge of various cleaning products, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. If you are a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of entrances, hallways, and common areas
