Beem Credit Union, a leader in financial services, is seeking a talented Supervisor, Member Services to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in leading our sales and service strategies to achieve branch goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other channels, including online and Member Service Centre, to deliver exceptional member service.
- Ensure branch security and safety protocols are in place, including premises and fire alarms.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash holdings and administer employee terms and conditions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of credit products and procedures.
- Proven supervisory experience in a sales and service environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
