Astronom Training Solutions Inc is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also direct staff, evaluate daily operations, and plan and control budgets and expenditures. Additionally, they will record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be required to work 40 hours per week and have a strong understanding of French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of French
