Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and learning, including storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
- Child Support: Encourage children to express themselves through various art forms, music, and physical activities, while also guiding them in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toileting.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, community service providers, and parents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment for children.
- Environment and Safety: Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Program Planning: Organize and lead activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Certifications and Qualifications: Possess a valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
- Security and Safety: Meet the requirements for a criminal record check, medical exam, and immunization records.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks, maintain attention to detail, and engage in a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Exhibit punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a strong team player attitude, with a commitment to values and ethics.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
