Job Title: Senior Radiology Technologist

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the general operation of the department, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform routine and emergency diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of recent related work experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluent language skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
