Job Title: Key Holder (Part Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder (Part Time) to join our team at Hollister Co. Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading associates in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs.
  • Engage customers in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast, and easy store experience.
  • Operate as the floor supervisor on duty in the absence of a manager, responsible for completing basic store operations, opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in daily tasks.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and brand awareness to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in visual displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Use register and point-of-sale systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to asset protection policies and procedures to prevent loss and maintain a secure store environment.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong work ethic, assertiveness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing situations, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
