About the Role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Holder (Part Time) to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading associates in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs.
  • Engage customers in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast, and easy store experience.
  • Operate as the floor supervisor on duty in the absence of a manager.
  • Complete basic store operations, opening and closing tasks, and lead associates in daily tasks.

Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Work ethic, assertiveness, and applied learning.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, adaptability, and multi-tasking.
