Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fair compensation and accurate job postings.
- Administer benefit programs, including employment equity and other human resources initiatives.
- Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to promote growth and development.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Flexibility, organized, client focus, and reliability.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent employment.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language.
