The Leasing Specialist Role

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison between our residents and our company. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns and maintaining resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents
  • Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
  • Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements
  • Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
