Assistant Store Manager - Franchise Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

  3. Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with the store owner and other team members to achieve business objectives.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
