Job Description

BQ International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Server Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our enterprise server environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement server infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  2. Administer and maintain our server environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
  3. Provide expert technical support for our server and cloud infrastructure.
  4. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  5. Collaborate with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in server administration.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in server administration, with 5 years in a senior role.
  2. Proven expertise in Microsoft on-premise server design, implementation, and administration.
  3. Proven expertise in Microsoft Cloud (0365, Azure) design, implementation, and administration.
  4. Proven expertise in VMware vSphere design, implementation, and administration.
  5. Experience with server, storage, and cloud storage security best practices.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with enterprise-level on-premise server and cloud architecture.
  2. Understanding of integrations between on-premise environments and the cloud.
  3. North American job experience.
