Job Title: Senior Massage Therapist - Clinical and Diagnostic Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Massage Therapist to join our team at Formlab Masso Spécialisé. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality massage therapy services.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive massage therapy treatments to patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Massage Therapist in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Massage Therapist in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
