We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native CI/CD Architect to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our Cloud RAN production system services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust configuration management processes in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of configuration management processes in cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with our DevOps practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain CD/CD pipelines and all its elements.
  • Champion Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Own container orchestration solutions (CaaS).
  • Own Version Control and Change Management systems and way of working.
  • Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Drive an open-source strategy for cloud-native toolsets.
  • Keep Security and Compliance in the equation for every element of the system.
  • Own Scalability and Performance Optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Drive a documentation and training strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Configuration Management Architect with a focus on cloud environments.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of security principles in cloud environments.
  • Proven experience working with the open-source community.
  • Excellent scripting and programming skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies and DevOps are a plus.
