As a critical member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Operations Managers, manage provincial accounts, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, and collaborate with the Regional Director to enhance revenue growth, employee retention, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager position entails overseeing numerous facets of our business operations. Some of your primary duties will include:
  • Directing the daily activities of Operations Managers
  • Managing and expanding provincial accounts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborating with the Regional Director to increase revenue growth and employee retention
  • Responding to new customer sales requests and inquiries
  • Managing existing customer service requests, inquiries, and escalations
  • Providing support for employee or customer issues encountered by Operations Managers
  • Remaining informed about technical data regarding pesticides used and their application in accordance with label requirements
  • Acquiring and sharing knowledge about leading industry trends
  • Implementing company programs, initiatives, and operational guidelines
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and fostering an environment that encourages employee success
  • Maintaining inventory control, including ordering, truck audits, warehouse inventory counts, and other related tasks

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • At least 5 years of industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and lead assigned projects and employees
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional feedback, performance management, and coaching skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/Documents, Sheets, Gmail, and Slides)
  • A valid driver's license
  • A valid Pest Control License or willingness to obtain
  • A high school diploma; a university degree is preferred
  • Licenses/certificates required by federal and provincial regulations
  • The ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Ability to work at heights and lift over 50 pounds
