Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our operations at Bare Bones Fish & Chips Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Leadership and Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective team management and performance.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
- Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business performance.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Work Environment: Ensure a positive and productive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Language and Hours: Fluency in English is required, and the role involves working 30 hours per week.
