We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Northumberland Hills Hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Acute Care department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and identify patient needs
- Develop and implement education plans to promote patient empowerment and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current B.C.L.S. certification
- CC1 certification or obtain within 6 months
- Able to perform added nursing skills as required
- Ability to prioritize workload and communicate effectively with the team
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
