Business Development Lead

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for supporting sales campaigns and driving performance for our integrated portfolio of Business products while focusing on providing an optimal customer experience that reinforces our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performing teams of sales agents who close new business while also managing the lifecycle of the customer through retention activities
- Foster and develop effective partnerships and relationships through collaboration, problem-solving and innovation
- Drive strategic change to enhance performance and raise the bar on all aspects of the day-to-day operations by demonstrating strong leadership skills to influence performance
- Provide accurate, relevant and timely management information on the performance metrics for the business in order to facilitate effective business planning, forecasting and resource allocation
- Act as a strong ambassador for our organization and uphold the values and behaviors of a senior leader in the business and throughout the extended community
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Experience in working in a contact center environment either in an Operations and/or Account management role is preferred
- Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or equivalent sales and industry experience
