  • Team Leadership and Training
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain consistency and quality.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Inventory Management and Maintenance
    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in a kitchen environment is essential.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
    • 35 hours per week, permanent position.
