Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the Salmon Arm Health Centre. This permanent part-time opportunity will allow you to draw on your clinical skills as you provide service in an acute care setting.
This role will provide mental health services to patients in Salmon Arm and surrounding communities. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver direct psychosocial care, counseling, system navigation, and advocacy. You will be responsible for providing and developing social work services to maintain or improve the health and social well-being and functioning of the identified population.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $82,176 - $117,096 per year, depending on experience, plus an attractive remuneration package. Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW) as a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
