About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Banff International Hostel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the hostel, including guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock linens and toiletries as needed.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
