Job Title: Food Service SupervisorOverview

Pizzaiolo Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
