Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at TellisWall Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, administering policies and procedures, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Commission systems and components.
  • Monitor and evaluate.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
