Food Service Manager

At Pan flame Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The role requires a high level of physical activity and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
