Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza 73. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, manage inventory, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with noisy and odour-filled conditions. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
