We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Facilities Leadership Specialist. In this position, you will assist with managing the location's overall operational business, while completing a defined curriculum of activities to prepare you to successfully lead a Rental facility within a 24-month timeframe.

Your responsibilities will include management of assigned areas, hiring and developing a high-performing team, managing performance, providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service.

You will also provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives, and perform all other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Five to seven years of management experience, including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning, are also required.
