Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, supervising staff, and ensuring that all care plans are up-to-date and effective. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A graduate of an approved post-secondary nursing program
- Current certificate of competency issued by the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least six months of responsible nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in procedures and methods used
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
