Job Overview:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, as well as manage office calendars to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation to support team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Compensation:
  • The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
