Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Reprocessing Technician to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital. As a key member of our Sterile Processing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient processing of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process medical devices for surgical and endoscopy procedures
  • Assemble and restock surgical instruments and equipment
  • Perform cleaning and disinfection duties
  • Transport supplies and maintain records
  • Collaborate with the Program Team Manager and Supervisor to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or recognized equivalent
  • Successful completion of a regionally recognized Medical Device Reprocessing Technician program
  • 6 months of related experience in the past 3 years
  • Ability to work in a Windows environment and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
