Job Title: Manufacturing Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Co-ordinator to join our team at CEC Personnel Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating with production teams, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Oversee the safety and health of employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, hot, and wet/damp environment
