Supporting PCL’s Financial Operations

The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless processing of financial transactions at PCL Constructors Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and process expense statements, credit card statements, supplier invoices, and cash receipts
  • Collect and organize monthly operations reports from all offices
  • Prepare consolidated monthly operations reports and perform accounting tasks as required
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to improve spreadsheets and business processes through automation
  • Contribute to general administrative duties, including filing, office supplies, and mail distribution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
