Job Title: Caseworker

About the Role:
The Caseworker will be responsible for managing assigned projects and cases, adhering to company processes, and providing telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies. This role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned projects and cases
• Adhere to company processes
• Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies
• Administer case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up
• Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology related market research initiatives
• Document all activities in program-specific databases
• Participate in training programs and provide feedback on protocols and processes

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences
• Minimum one year experience in customer service
• Bilingual skills (French/English) an asset
• Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
