About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

With a strong background in construction management, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management strategies and mitigation plans
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project activities
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the ICI sector
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
