Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at George's Greek Village Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Will train.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English language proficiency.
