Job Title: Insurance Audit Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Audit Analyst to join our team at MT Talent. As an Insurance Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine audits to assess the quality of our services. You will collect, review, and interpret audit data to identify issues and trends in policies and procedures, software efficiencies, employee performance, and potential risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality audits and reports on Personal Lines Insurance accounts
  • Collaborate with the Underwriting team to conduct audits of Personal Lines files
  • Correspond with Brokers and Managing Partners to address outstanding documents, quality concerns, and results
  • Interpret and relay audit results/data to relevant parties, making recommendations on how to improve quality
  • Participate in team meetings and assist the Director of QA with projects/tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • RIBO License in good standing
  • 2 or more years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Proven knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting guidelines, coverage options, and various broker channels
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and industry-specific software
  • Professional and tactful communication skills
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
