Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat for sale. You will also be required to clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, as well as sell meats to customers. Additionally, you will be expected to grind meats, prepare special orders, and create visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
