Senior Consultant - Risk Business Analyst

Job Overview

Infosys is seeking a skilled Financial Risk Analyst Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to refine requirements, guide clients through key design engagements, and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for providing forms and forms workflow solutions, as well as knowledge transition to teams both onsite and offshore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to refine requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Guide clients through key design engagements and provide forms and forms workflow solutions.
  • Develop solutions and provide knowledge transition to teams both onsite and offshore.
  • Define proposal solutions and create client-specific POVs.

Requirements
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto / Mississauga, ON, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge/experience in Risk, Finance & ERPM (Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management).
  • Understand business requirements and document clearly with expected results.
  • Document reporting requirements from business users and analyze available data to support the same.
  • Identify data-driven trends and insights within the financial data reported in CFO Dashboard.
  • Understanding of key financial statements like balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
  • Variance analysis - budget vs forecast, budget vs actual etc. and compare with benchmarks.
  • Analyze data required/available to support financial metrics like profit margins, revenue growth, ROI.
  • Understand risks involved with financial domain like Interest rate risk, Credit risk, Operational risk etc. and document data required to identify such risks.
  • Understand various elements of management reporting and document impacts to strategic financial models within the organization.

What We Offer
  • Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario: $89,004 to $103,042
