Home Renovation Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Renovation Director to lead our construction team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in renovation project management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the construction team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive renovation plans
  • Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the renovation process
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with customers, architects and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Implement health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in renovation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renovation projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
