About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including the creation of promotional materials and event planning.

Brand Management

Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to maintain a strong market presence and drive business growth.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.

Budget Management

Plan and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize return on investment.

Communication and Collaboration

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business development or strategic growth role.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.

Language

English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
