Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising and coordinating staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring quality control.

Requirements
  • Education

You will have a college or CEGEP diploma, or equivalent experience.

Experience

You will have previous experience in a food service management role, with a strong background in supervising and coordinating staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring quality control.

Language

You will be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
