Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Tandoori Flame. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing cash and recording sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant and its services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

Tandoori Flame is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
