Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Tandoori Flame is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
