Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a Food Service Operations Manager at NEW DELHI PIZZA INC to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and promote a culture of efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and address customers' complaints or concerns.

Work Environment

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a physically demanding role.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.
